Reservation windows
Standard members book 3 days out; Premium and All Access book 7 days out with priority on prime-time slots (5–9pm weekdays). All Access gets extended windows beyond that.
Session length
Reservations run 60 or 90 minutes. Back-to-back bookings are fine when courts are open — the app will offer extensions automatically.
Guests
Bring anyone. Guest fees go on your card on file; Premium includes 2 guest passes a quarter, All Access 2 a month.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 2 hours before your slot with no penalty. No-shows lose next-day booking priority — be cool, release your court.
